National Institutes of Health Informatics commits to protecting the personal information of all customers and participants.
NIHI only collects personal information when a client voluntarily submits it for a specific purpose either through the NIHI site, email, or via a third-party registration system. We only use personal information to send you communications regarding an inquiry, registration, program logistics or to carry out the purpose disclosed to you. We abide to industry standards to preserve the security and integrity of all information collected.
NIHI will not disclose personal information to third parties. Personal information will only be accessed by authorized persons within the organization.
NIHI implements practices based on the Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We will only use electronic communication for business purposes. We will unsubscribe an email 10 days from an initial request.
NIHI does not disclose any financial or credit card information provided by customers, except to the appropriate banking institution and/or system through CVENT and Stripe in order to obtain payment. All financial information is securely stored.
