Pavel Roshanov loves statistics, medical informatics, and evidence-based medicine. His work has been published in peer-reviewed medical journals, including the British Medical Journal, the Journal of the American Medical Informatics Association, Implementation Science, and Medical Informatics and Decision Making. He is currently building statistical models to predict risk in major surgery and studying the methodology of large studies done with routinely available healthcare data. Pavel holds a Master’s degree from the Department of Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics at McMaster University and he is currently studying medicine at Western University, and is completing a PhD in clinical epidemiology at McMaster.
