This course is meant to be interactive, in that participants are highly encouraged to follow along step-by-step with the instructor.

To ensure that the sessions proceed in an efficient manner, to participate in this course, we ask that participants meet the following criteria:

• have experience with one or more reporting and/or business intelligence tools
• installed R and “R Studio” onto the system they will be using for the course (instructions will be given to download a free version of R)
• downloaded the dataset in advance of the training session
• have a rudimentary understanding of R
