Attendees will:

• be introduced to a definition of leadership and new models of adaptive leadership and collaborative team building.  
• understand the skills, knowledge, abilities and attitudes that are demonstrated by successful leaders in general and e-Health leaders in particular.
• understand how they may apply principles of leadership in answering problems that they face within their own health care system activities.
• understand the challenges facing women in the HIM profession as they move ahead in the careers and aspire to leadership positions.
