Roger is an independent consultant specializing in healthcare informatics, particularly with the development and operationalization of innovative strategies.  Prior to this, Roger was the CIO at Manitoba eHealth, with responsibility for the Province’s eHealth Strategy as well as all eHealth operations at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, Diagnostic Services Manitoba as well as all shared services to all health providers. As an independent consultant, Roger has focused his practice in the USA and Canada, and once served as the Ontario government’s Chief eHealth Strategist. He has more than 40 years of experience in health care information management and as a CIO in the provinces of Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, and Alberta.

Roger holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Manitoba, and an MBA from Concordia University in Montreal.
