In celebration of International Women’s Day (IWD) on March 8, 2016 NIHI hosted a special live, interactive online session addressing the IWD’s campaign theme Pledge for Parity with an expert panel of women leaders in the healthcare industry. The panel addresses workplace challenges such as recognition, parity, bias, flexibility and leadership. The panel talks about their experiences with and give advice on these challenges. The session incldues participants questions to the panel.
