"In my new role as CPO, I felt I needed to complete additional education – to be able to assess our program and gain confidence in the management of privacy. I will apply my learning to complete a gap analysis of my organization’s privacy program. I felt each lesson was relevant in this assessment. Some aspects I had very little exposure to prior to the program and following lessons, I would do additional research. The group discussions were engaging and the instructors were happy to respond to questions either during the lessons or following. I feel that the delivery method worked well for this program.
