Patient Safety 

Abstract
Around the world, health care systems are challenged to find ways to avoid the impact on patients when individuals working within the system make errors. David McLeod, a family physician and UW Engineering Graduate in Systems Design, will focus on patient safety with particular emphasis on areas where information technology could make a significant improvement in this seminar presentation.
