Healthcare is a growing area of business, and new innovative medical devices, computer systems and tools are emerging. How does an organization or company foster an innovative mindset? How does an organization manage the quality of the new product, system or tool, and ongoing change in a time of great change? There are some key questions within the area of innovation, quality, and change within the lens of a healthcare company or organization.

The microcredential will focus on three parts:

Innovation
Three sessions will explore aspects of innovation in the healthcare space including innovation readiness, solutions for strategy, and the processes around product innovation.

Quality
