The Online Bootcamp

Bootcampers who complete the on-site Bootcamp can continue their learning of Health Informatics with the Online Bootcamp. The Online Bootcamp includes:

  • access to a large archive of recorded videos by leading experts of topics in Health Informatics.
  • online webcast discussions led by the Online Bootcamp Instructor.
  • access to a discussion forum/board to facilitate interaction with the Instructor and your fellow Bootcampers.

The Online Bootcamp is divided into 6 sections. As you complete a section, you will receive a decal signifying that you have completed this part of the Online Bootcamp to add to your Bootcamp Certificate.

The Process

  1. You and your fellow Bootcampers will work your way through these online lecture videos according to a schedule covering approximately 6 months.
  2. You can participate with other Bootcampers in monthly web discussions and Q&A on the online material led by the Online Bootcamp Instructor. These live webcasts will address as many of your questions as possible.
  3. You can post your questions for these live sessions in advance or for the opportunity to receive comment from fellow Bootcampers via the online Bootcamp Forum.
  4. As you complete a section of the Online Bootcamp, you will receive a decal to add to your Bootcamp certificate.
